Everything went very well, was very impressed and was lovely that they threw in some extras for us free of charge.AV crew were great and extra credit should go to Manny who was an absolute star (especially as he brought a lost coat and a Brand USA cushion that were left there to me personally today!)

I would like to convey my sincere thanks to yourself and the staff of Greyville Convention Centre for a wonderful time we had at Greyville Convention Centre during our Long Service Awards event last week Friday, 04th December 2015. The experience was amazing, the award recipients really felt honoured to be celebrated in such a spectacular venue , they are still talking about it even up until today. Everything was well coordinated from venue set-up, good food, parking/transport arrangements, punctuality the list is endless. My superiors were very impressed and I have no doubt that in 2016 Greyville will be our venue of choice. And Big up to Mannie with his unique safety brief, it was outstanding as it kept everyone informed of what was happening in Durban everybody loved it.
I just wanted to say a “Big Thank You” for all your efforts on Friday. The function went well and everyone had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and ever so efficient. The service was superb! Please convey our appreciation to all involved in making our event memorable and successful!

From helping me work things to the budget restriction, having the room set up to our usual standard and request, Kerry always meeting to ensure I’m happy, and then Lawrence and his team just such a delight to deal with. The South African Institute of Professional Accountants would like to thank Greyville Convention Centre for the excellent service we received at our CPD event on Thursday ,19th July 2018!We received numerous compliments from our Members who attended the CPD seminar. They were highly impressed with your venue and service delivery! Our Members felt like “royalty”. From the time they entered the main gates they were directed to the seminar venue by staff all along the way.Signage of our Seminar with our name was strategic posted so we had no one getting ‘lost’ getting up to the 2nd Floor, Classic Room.Great care was taken with catering. Especially with our long list of dietary requirement! The food was well presented; labels clearly marked for special diets and kept on separate tables with serving tongs on each platter and the three tea and coffee stations made the queues shorter.I was there at 06h45 (early due to petrol strike) and the banquet coordinators Kerry and Innocent were already there to receive me and ensure everything was in order as per our function sheet. They were very efficient and ensured all our needs were met.Prior to the commencement of the seminar our Delegates were greeted by their star ambassador, Manie who extended a warm welcome to all and pointed out their safety rules, the day’s temperature and the financial indicators. This was most unusual! Thanks also go out to Ian from Technical & Sound. He assisted in ensuring my Powtoon and Holding slides were played at the approximate times.ALL IN ALL a highly impressive service delivery with attention to detail and we look forward to utilizing your venue in the near future!
